The History of Aurum Fox

Aurum Fox was founded by Kazi Hoque, a respected art dealer who began his career at just twenty years old. For 10 years, he specialised exclusively in original works by some of the greatest names in art history including Picasso, Warhol, Da Vinci, Basquiat, and Kandinsky. His deep experience in the upper tier of the art market shaped the foundation of Aurum Fox — a company built on authenticity, focus, and long-term value.
After years of working with established masters, Hoque recognised a rare opportunity to apply his expertise to a single emerging artist. Rather than spreading attention across many, he created Aurum Fox to represent just one talent with the potential to reach blue-chip status. This decision led to the discovery of Greg Deda, a visionary Canadian artist whose skill, discipline, and originality stood apart from the rest.
The Aurum Fox Gallery in Chelsea was opened solely to showcase Greg Deda’s work. Through careful curation, private viewings, and the trust of serious collectors, the gallery has guided his rise from emerging to red-chip status. Today, Aurum Fox continues to operate with one clear mission — to elevate Greg Deda to international blue-chip recognition while redefining what it means to invest in contemporary art.
